Froedtert South has partnered with Advocatia to help the people of our community identify and enroll in no-cost or low-cost healthcare coverage or for assistance navigating the Healthcare Exchange Marketplace.
COVID Relief Special Enrollment Period is NOW through Aug 15th.
We want you to have the care you need, when you need it. Like so many people today, a lack of health insurance may be getting in your way.
Your current work status may qualify you and your family for insurance coverage and financial assistance from programs such as Medicaid, CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program), SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program), and programs through the Health Exchange Marketplace as well as other state and local resources.
Our enrollment advisors will help you identify the programs that meet your needs and will walk you through the enrollment process.
Regardless of how you reach us, we will ask for the information necessary to identify the programs you qualify for and get you enrolled. We will need your phone number or email address to communicate with you about the programs available.
